The future of happiness

Technology is the biggest disrupter of happiness in human history. This is the conclusion so many have come to in our world. In fact, in 2005, the MIT Tech Review, one of the centers of the technological revolution, posed a question: “Is technological progress merely a treadmill, and if so, would we be happier if we stepped off of it?"
