Group 3 Summary/Outline

Disclaimer: This is still under construction, but here's what we've got going so far!

Our group is going to discuss three TED talks relating to happiness. We have divided our group into three mini-groups.

  2. Thanks for getting this together for us Katy and Rebecca. Very excited to see these presentations begin. And it is timely as Ch 1 in BB discusses the compassion meditation and its effect on happiness.

    DQ: Must a bohisattva always experience bliss? (from p 33) The idea reminds me of Bok talking about the balance between resiliency and empathy.

  3. TED happiness talks focus group OUTLINE:
    Megan- Researcher of TED talk Less Stuff: More Happiness, 2 outside sources, quotes, statistics, and examples.
    Ashley- Creator of outline for the TED talk Less Stuff: More Happiness. Also, the discoverer of quotes from the current text and a relevant movie for our presentation.
    Josh- Creator of the outline for the focus group and delusions of banjer.
    Brennen- Speaker for the TED talks focus group, conveyor of the researched information by the focus group as well as his own examples.
